No, I am still with 1and1, but they sent me an updated TOU (Terms of Use) so, I had to update the one on here accordingly.

Well, of course you didn't get one Travis, but I am surprised you didn't Jeremy. I wonder if they emailed it to me because of the new domains I have been registering? They didn't change much, just added a couple of items about backdoor, and bot programs. And email abuse.
