I added a new widget, (see the bottom of the page) and didn't mess up the W3 verifications.  Now, I can see who is looking at the website, blogs, and the forums now!   WooHoo!  And, yes,. . .  I am a dork. . .

You know... you can do the same thing with the google analytics, that we already have setup for the forum and the main page.

But congrats on not breaking anything. Grin

OK, why do both of us show online, but the link only shows one online, then if I click the link it shows no one is browsing the site??

because I am always 'online' (I have me set to always be logged in) but the button shows who is actually on the site.

On a closer look, it appears that the widget on the forums, is for lack of better words broken.  Not sure why, but its not tracking unique hits.

Ok, found the problem, it was linking to a different place, not our site (random) but its fixed now.  Now we just need more people to come here, so we can finally get that counter above 2.  lol

That always online isn't what you think. It keeps you logged onto the site, so you don't have to put in your password each time, but it won't show you online unless you are actually online.

As to your second statement... I already insinuated the fact that it was broken.
