Getting in shape

Well I have decided to join a gym and get back in shape.  I have a friend who is in wrestling nationals in Vegas when we go down so I am going to go watch him, and then we are going to go wrestle in the Utah Summer Games in June.  If anyone wants to go to the gym with me just let me know.  The more people the better in the gym.

Well the whole story is that Kyle Foulon invited me to go watch nationals on April 23-27 when we are down in Vegas, he is wrestling and we made it a goal to get me back in shape enough to go to the Summer Games this year and hopefully take my spot back on the National team.  I did have a spot my sr year in Greco but got hurt qualifying the next year and was out.  The only reason I haven't been working out is that it's hard to do by yourself and now I have someone to work out with it will be easier.  As long as I have someone to work out with it won't be hard to get back into shape.  I think I can get back to 200, but not my National team weight of 174, I have put on too much muscle to get back to that weight. but 200 will put me back to around 9% body fat which is up slightly from my sr year of 8%. but I can do it.
