Well, me and Emily are putting our cruise plans on hold for now, we'll have to see how the tax rebate works out.  Turns out one of her best friends is getting married in Vegas, and Em was asked to be the matron of honor, so now the money that was going to the cruise is now going to pay for a weekend stay in Vegas. We are paying more for 3 nights then we did for 5 when we went down last year. While we are down there, we are going to see Blue Man Group, and of course I had to get seats in the first 5 rows @ $121 a ticket. So depending on how the tax rebate checks go, we might or might not go on our cruise next year. If anyone is interested in going to Vegas with us, Just let me know.

see i knew you didnt want to go on a cruise. well in october me and jill are now going to go to hawaii. so that should be fun. all we have to do is pay for the flight. we have a place to stay for free so we wont have to get a hotel, which will make things nice. so hopefully i did our taxes right and i get the refund i am expecting. but i guess i will find out tomorrow when i have my uncle take a look at my taxes.

When my family went they stayed with relatives and didn't have to pay for a hotel either.  According to them that is the only way to go.  They saved a lot of money by doing that and really enjoyed having a personal tour guide.

Yeah it would be nice to have relatives to stay with down there, but oh well.  I don't need a tour guide, so that part will be fine, I'm just looking forward to going to all the shows we are going to.

They should be in your area sometime soon, as they announced a 6 month tour of Germany sometime this year

Well they are playing in Stuttgart, which is about 2 hours away, but the stupid website to get tickets is all in German, so I can't find out which link to click on for dates and prices... I will have to bug someone who speaks german.

Well I think I may have made some sense of their website... I think I might be able to get ground floor seats (no idea where on the floor) for $110.55 at the current exchange rate. If I went for some balcony seats I could get them as cheap as $76.

This is a lot better than checking out other websites cause most were wanting almost $200 per ticket and they forced you to buy two (although that is my goal, if I do this).
