Bungie and Microsoft Split

Hey maybe we'll see Halo 4 on the Wii

Well that news is a couple of days old, but I'm sure Microsoft kept a percentage of Bungie to keep them from working for Sony or Nintendo,  and I'm pretty sure that there won't be a Halo 4, although I am waiting for Halo Wars

Did you guys even read the press release?  Yes Bungie and M$ split, BUT, they did it so '[Bungie] could keep its creative roots, and ultimate goal of reaching world domination.'  Yes, M$ did keep a % of Bungie, but just for the sake of stocks and stuff.  And Bungie is and always will be a proprietary company for M$, they might not 'Own' them, but they won't be making any games for Sony or Nintendo in the near future with out a MAJOR compensation for stabbing M$ in the back.

Yeah I was just joking when I said that. Bungie said in the third paragraph...

“We will continue to develop with our primary focus on Microsoft’s platforms; we greatly value our mutually prosperous relationship with our publisher, Microsoft Game Studios, and we look forward to continuing that affiliation through ‘Halo’ and beyond.”

But it does give them the option to develop for other platforms, although like justin said, it wouldn't be very likely.
